Ladies, I understand  there is nothing like feeling your absolute best and most radiant in your wedding dress, and that you also may be pressed for time! Sometimes it takes a monumental event such as this to gain some serious motivation... but the ultimate goal is to enable a lifestyle that you can actually maintain post wedding! That’s why I created this transformation series specifically for the bride-to-be and/or or bridal party.

All boot-camp packages consist of private or small group training that will be individualized to target last minute goals. The series ranges from 3-6 months with sessions scheduled 2-5x a week.

  • Bridal Bootcamp weekend getaways for you and your bridal party! I’ve partnered with VeraVia and their incredible integrative wellness team to bring you the ultimate pre-wedding wellness experience. They are located at the iconic AAA Diamond Park Hyatt Aviara in sunny San Diego, CA

  • Fitness classes or personal training for you and your bridal party at your wedding destination

  • Customized Bridal Nutrition Plan

For an ultimate transformation, it’s recommended to start personal training and nutrition programs 6 months prior to your wedding date. If you sign up for programs within 3 months of the date, you will receive 10% off your Bridal Boot-camp Package.
