Small Group Fitness Classes

Looking for a fitness class that still caters to your individual needs? If so, my small group fitness classes are for you! They are a perfect complement to your private sessions, both for the wallet and for the extra push you get from exercising with other motivated people!

Small Group Fitness Classes are typically 3-5 people with similar fitness goals. If are interested in putting together a larger group, lets discuss options!  Group Training (which is HITT/circuit stylewith a little mat Pilates) is shaped as a 6 week series. The series is progressive and becomes more challenging with each week. We will utilize a variety of functional training equipment including the TRX, free weights, bosu balls, medicine balls, benches/boxes, bands, and body weight. For a more integrative approach, take home workouts and nutrition plans can be included.

Currently I'm holding a small group series on Tuesdays at 6:45pm, and will be adding on Thursdays at 6:30pm starting September 15th ! There is a maximum of 6 people per class, so we can mix up routines with a personalized touch. The cost is $150 for the six-weeks. Both classes are located at the beautiful Del Ray Tower fitness facility in Alexandria, VA. Please Email me if you are interested in signing up!
