I incorporate Pilates as a foundation to building core stabilization and balance; then progress it with resistance exercises and intervals that continuously challenge strength, endurance, control, and coordination. You will find these fusions in all of my personalized fitness programs, and will always leave feeling like you got a unique and challenging workout!

One on One Training sessions include assessments, nutrition consultations, and 30 to 50 minutes of customized training to reach your unique fitness/wellness goals. I use a variety of functional training equipment, such as the TRX, dumbbells, resistant bands, and more.
Semi Private Training is for 2-5 people with similar fitness goals while still being provided with personalized guidance.
Private Pilates Private Pilates sessions are held at Pilates of San Diego in Del Mar and can be combined with personal training as a package.

Pilates of San Diego Marina District:
Tuesdays: 9am, 10am, and noon. Register here
Pilates of San Diego Del Mar:
Mondays: 5 and 6pm. Register here
Mondays: 9:20am, 10:10am, 11am, and 12pm
Wednesdays: 4:30pm, 5:20pm, and 6:10pm
